Dr.
Dorethea El Mallakh is the Director of the
International Research Center for Energy and Economic
Development (ICEED) in Boulder Colorado.
Dr. El Mallakh is the current managing editor for the
Center's Journal of
Energy and Economic Development.
She has served as Executive Vice President and
Secretary for the IAEE and served as Vice President for
international affairs. She
earned a B.A. in Modern Languages from Lewis and Clark College
and A Ph.D. from the University of Colorado.
Dr. El Mallakh has helped in developing guidelines for
Science Research Associates in their texts.
Dorothea is an expert in OPEC and international energy
economics. Dr. El
Mallakh is an advisor with the Energy Literacy Project.
