The National Arbor Day
Foundation provides free information on tree planting and care. The
Foundation also provides free interactive classroom material that provides the
students with a variety of materials that range from tree identification to tree
diversity. The Arbor Day Foundation also offers, for a fee, a grow your
own tree kit, booklets, flyers, videos, and newsletters. All of the
curriculum is geared to teach the students about environmental stewardship and
the importance of trees in the environment. The material is suitable for
elementary and middle school aged students.
