International Association of Energy Economics

The International Association of Energy Economics (IAEE) is a worldwide professional organization formed in response to the 70’s energy crisis.  This organization has members in over 70 nations.  The IAEE provides a stage where ideas, experiences, and issues can be exchanged among professionals dealing with or interested in the economics of energy.  To share these new ideas and thoughts two periodicals (a newsletter and a quarterly journal) are sent to members.  The website provides simple instructions on how to become a member.  The IAEE website contains many resources where even more information on the subject of energy economics can be obtained.  There is also a students section on the website for student’s who are attending accredited institutes of higher learning.  Also in the student’s section, is information about on-line courses for graduate level students who are interested in energy economics across the nation.
