Environmental Literacy Council

The ELC seeks to bring credibility to environmental education thru the discussion of alternatives and cost/benefit analysis. The ELC recognizes that energy production and consumption is necessary in civilized society and promotes the active and unbiased teaching of trade offs as those choices impact society's economic well-being and its quality of life.
