Rubric for Evaluation of Curriculum Quality Material

5 – This website covers energy, environment, and economics (3 E’s) thoroughly, accurately, and without bias in a well-organized format that is easy to navigate.  This organization has teaching materials (lesson plans, kits, videos, etc.) available online or in print that are easy to obtain for no cost.  The website contains interesting activities for students as well. Workshops or classroom programs are available across a considerable portion of the United States for no cost. 

4 – This website covers at least one E thoroughly, accurately, and with very little bias in an organized format that is easy to navigate.  This organization has teaching materials available online or in print that are easy to obtain for a minimal cost.  The website does not necessarily have interesting activities for students as well.  Workshops or classroom programs are available for a minimal cost in some areas. 

3 – This website covers at least one E accurately and with little bias in a relatively organized format that can be navigated.  This organization has teaching materials available online or in print that can be obtained.  The website does not necessarily have interesting activities for students as well.  Workshops or classroom programs are available in very limited areas. 

2 – This website covers at least one E with little bias in a relatively organized format that is difficult to navigate.  This organization has teaching materials available online or in print that can be obtained with serious effort.  The website does not have interesting activities for students.  Workshops or classroom programs are not available in any area.
